First test in ToneMapping.
This is the default exposure as it came out
of the camera, Canon 350-d.
I used an auto-bracketing capability
of just 3-exposures, handheld, yes handheld, it is a test.

but is inadequate for the needs of digital HDR shooting.
Adobe's HDR function changes the game for photographers.
But the auto-bracket function in today's

I'm learning to use the technique of Tone-Mapping.
This is just a test, I know it looks way
over the top (unnatural), but it is a test.
Soon I will try to create some true 32-bit
floating point HDR images, but my computer
needs much more RAM-memory to do that.
I think that High Dynamic Range-photography
is going to demand the need
for 16,24 or even 32-bit monitors,
projectors (movies), Photography and printers.
Because our screens and printers (output!)
are for the most part still 8-bit devices, and thus
not capable of rendering 32-bit images,
at this moment.
Digital Photography is to create a whole new industry
of displays, printing techniques file transmitting, etc.
The photography industry is in the first inning
of the first game of a long awe-inspiring season.
